Your account, your information.
This page explains how Roamcade uses your information when you sign in, play, or send feedback.
Your account
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, account identifier, name and, if available, profile image. We use this information to create and recognize your Roamcade account. You choose a permanent username, which cannot be changed. Your email is not displayed publicly. Roamcade does not receive your Google password.
Access requests
Access to games requires approval. When you request access using Google, administrators can review your email, name, username, request date and access status. We retain the request and review history to manage access. These details are not public. We send an email to your Google account email address when your access is approved and retain delivery status to handle any failed notifications.
While you play
We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. Basic connection and device information helps deliver the games and protect accounts. Some games load content from other services, which may receive information needed to respond to your requests. Their credits and notices are available within the games.
Login and activity records
We keep login dates and basic game activity totals so administrators can understand usage and manage accounts. Game activity is estimated from visible tabs with recent interaction; we do not record your keystrokes, pointer movements, screenshots or gameplay recordings. Your personal activity statistics are visible only to administrators. Deleting your account also removes these records.
Your feedback
If you send feedback, we save your message, category, game, page, browser information, screen dimensions and account identifier so we can review your report. Reports are private and used to improve Roamcade.
Feedback does not include screenshots, recordings or location. The optional shake shortcut only opens the feedback form. Motion readings are not sent or saved. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive personal information in a report.
Delete your account
Open your account, choose Delete account, and confirm. You may need to sign in again first. Deletion permanently removes your Roamcade profile, Google sign-in connection, sign-in records associated feedback, access requests and access history. You are signed out on every device, and your username becomes available for someone else to use.
This cannot be undone. Your Google account is not deleted. Signing in again creates a new Roamcade account. You can also remove Roamcade’s access in your Google Account settings.
